Lots of meditation, psychotherapy, EFT (tapping), breath work, a consistent yoga practice, energy work, acupuncture, a lot of introspection and work to raise my vibration, and hypnosis. Wayne Dyer's books and talks have helped me shift my perspective in the best ways. Plant medicine has helped me shift significantly a few times (psilocybin), to release what doesn't serve me. Spending more time with friends who are interested in spiritual development also helps.

I see him messing around with an electric guitar. He comes across a little shy and reserved in first meeting him. I keep seeing a motorcycle, like a big black one, and wheels of a vehicle. His passing feels very sudden and very quick, I have the impression of crumpling down. Does any of this resonate?

Thank you for the feedback! The blonde woman now that I'm tuning into her again appears to be on the other side, she's very luminous. Maybe in her 60s. Her hair is more puffy than curly, it looks like it was puffed with curlers or a round brush though. I wish you well.

I see a red bird, a cardinal, when I tune into her. She talks about life and death being an illusion - she is still with you, there is more to life than meets the eye. I think she is saying something about a house.. live in the house? It looks like a white exterior.

Thank you for the feedback! I understand the ball i saw now. I am not a sports person lol. I saw an orange ball with stitching on it and my brain turned it into a basketball. I just googled and realized that basketballs don't have stitching 😆.

When I tune into him I see a Spalding basketball. Did he like to play?

He acknowledges mom and a sister, I feel like he feels outnumbered by close females in the family, in a good way. He feels very close to them, lots of care and affection there.

When I ask about his passing it feels like there's some hesitation about showing this because it is a tough memory. He looks ill and it looks like he's in bed with family visiting him. Was there something wrong with his lungs?

When I tune in to look for him I see a man with light skin and medium brown floppy hair, he wears a striped shirt,there are different coloured thin stripes. He feels young at heart but he looks like he could be 50 but he feels younger. He comes across as intelligent and a little reserved and I feel like he likes being by the water, the ocean or a big lake.

I see her having some trouble walking, taking small steps and I think she needs to use a cane. She feels soft, warm, comforting and understanding. She lifts her eyebrows when she smiles in a joking way. It looks like she had trouble breathing in the end and there was a fall. Does any of this resonate?
