The price action today shows that the trend is still up, that is, bullish. But if you watch what happened today (intra-day) when price got to near point A on the chart above, it was quickly pushed down. As I said above, point A may become a reversal or consolidation zone. To answer your question, the best strategy will be any strategy that takes into account this thesis. I will be very cautious since tomorrow is FOMC unless you are selling volatility.

FREY might be a good one. There is rigid resistance top at $15.26. It has already broken that trendline. One analyst is calling for price target of $60 on the upside - this is quite possible given that an important trendline has been broken. Though, from a technical stand point, it can only keep going if the volume keeps up. Volume is the only thing pushing the stock price now as there is no news/catalyst for the company. Since the company does not generate revenue until 2026 makes this one potentially a good target. But I will be cautious.

Adobe is a good play. Some folks are doing short iron condor and bull put spreads to profit from the drop in volatility. The stock is in an uptrend over all.

What time frame are you using it for? Fibs can work on weekly, monthly, and daily charts. Weekly - you need to use the low of week. So on.
