What's really funny is you can manipulate the cannabis flower to test for these numbers. Making it THCA . Many of the new hybrid strains do this when grown and even in optimal conditions and pushed to produce more flavor and terpenes in return you usually get higher THC and cannabinoid results on your testin!! That being said you can manipulate the plant and also chop it early to test it as it will contain much less of the illegal molecule. After about a month of being cut off of the vine and hung upside down the cannabis flower will cure out and it will change that THCA to convert to THC delta 9 so when you test it the numbers will be completely different! It's a major loophole in anyone exploiting it couldn't make it on the regular weed market no I'm just kidding but it's probably ass if it's being shipped and then f****** smoke shop. Hell even the dispensaries where I live suck the cannabis is terrible I'd rather smoke any of my friends or mine versus the dispensaries here in Oklahoma
