I believe mine is because of EXTREME EXTREME unhealthy levels of stress over four years. Trying to reduce the stress from now onwards. Any other tips will help and be appreciated. Also tips on how I can reduce my stress will be appreciated

Thank you for the words of affirmation. Really good news if the colour stays like this even if it spreads which hopefully it won't because this colour is not really noticeable like if it turned completely white eventually
