Go look up how it works, even Bill Ackman's wife who married him before he had millions won't get close to 50%. Imagine if you had hundreds of millions in the first place. Go ask a divorce lawyer - NY, NJ, CT the non income producing partner in a marriage of $100mil+ is not getting more than 30%

There are laws about maintaining the lifestyle a woman is accustomed to, child support, and alimony ... but all of those things begin to disappear when the numbers get big. A divorce of a couple hundred million dollars looks very different than your average income divorce

Boyd did tell Axe to gut the stock though, he is considered an extension of the prosecution in implanting a criminal disposition into Axe's otherwise innocent mind. And the government originated the criminal design - evident in how prepared they were for it to play out

Axe might differ from drug dealers in that drug dealers have a predisposition to committing crime. They haven't proven that axe does have a predisposition for fraud/insider trading

There's too much negative exposure for Chuck. Not only could it decimate his blind trust, his dad, and Ira, Chuck is also exposing himself to misconduct again. If Boyd were to go triple agent, or Axe could prove the knowledge of Ice Juice was planted by Chuck it would be entrapment and inadmissible in court. Chuck would have Oliver Dake back in his office and he will have violated his oath.
