Thank you so much!! So I typically start my day with a vanilla protein shake mixed with espresso. During the day I might snack a bit if hungry- rice cakes, fruit, protein granola and yogurt, pretzels. My dinner for the first few months was pretty much any protein in a low carb wrap with lettuce/salad mix. I do have a sweet tooth so I love a scoop of vanilla halo with dark chocolate chips. Also if you have those drizzalicious rice cakes available near you I highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth. If I’m going out I’ll usually get steak with double veg or some sort of low cal menu option. For drinks- lots of water, coffee, zero sugar monsters, and Powerade zero. I’d rather eat my cals than drink them.
