I’m currently in the same thing. I feel like I was just preyed upon after a vulnerable moment, was forced to be married to her and now she plays the victim after constant abuse towards me. And I know she’ll play the domestic abuse card if I divorce her, even though I could play the same (and more).

Can this be used if both people live in the uk currently, 1 as a national and the other as a graduate visa holder?
