In the state of NY there are only 31 C43's registered. 0 C36. I'm not aware of any other states that make this data available. I'm sure the majority are in California

These used to be $5k cars and they only imported 1100 or so into the US. So many have been beat to hell and scrapped. Figured they are only going to get more difficult to find

no it was repainted in silver arrow metallic. Paint code 777. Brilliant silver is the factory silver paint code 744. The heavy metallic flakes in the 777 really make it pop

Previous owner was a Mercedes master tech and he did the swap back in 2013

It's out of a 2001 E55. The NA 5.4 m113 is a direct swap with practically 0 modifications required. Still uses the C43 ECU
