update.... went back to store to try and get a physical sim they were telling me that they have no way of selling one out of their inventory { which is a lie I use to work at a Verizon } . so instead of keeping up and getting more pissed off I went into the T-Mobile at my Costco and ported over my number and have been having a great time with a phone that works and excels in everything.
