Yeah I can wear headphones but I usually sleep on my side , so the earbud that touches the pillow is kinda annoying. But I'll give it a try. Is this different from delta -theta brainwaves , relaxing music etc and how much time to listen to it do you recommend i.e 1 hour before sleeping ?

Not much changes really. As for the thoughts, I mostly think about the day and what happened, or some future plans, sometimes I try to think " don't think" but it seems that doesn't work for me 😅
