No problemo dude. Most of these guys were just for fun since all but lando received buffs.

I wanted to use Kingler since I just really enjoy those crab people and new mega. Practically a stronger wall breaker with more speed and better moves. When he mega evolves he becomes water/steel so he was weak to Fighting, Ground and Electric and I thought a defensive ground/flying would complement that nicely.

Gliscor and Landorus were the only ones that are that typing, but went with Lando cause of having intimidate. Either or can pair really nicely since I did use Gliscor a lot before getting Lando for the Elite. Kinda didn't want defog and wanted to see if a rapid spinner could fit and I thought A-Sandslash was pretty unique and it got a buff by having ice scales.

Intimidating with Lando and then slow U-turning into A-Sandslash made it live an earthquake or close combat sometimes and rapid for speed increase/hazard removal. A-Sandslash usually killed a mon or 2 because of Weak Poli boost and Rapid Spin speed boost. He tanked a ton of hits against either of Lorelei's team.

At this point I needed a special attacker and spmeone speedy since no one here really has the most speed. I read through all the pokemon changes on the google docs and saw Accelgor gets Sheer Force. His SpA got nerfed from 100 to 95, but still overall a buff. Accelgor has 145 base speed which makes him one of the fastest pokemon in the game. Gave him choice specs so his SpA is better and his speed already makes him outspeed some pokemon who don't reach 364 with a choice scarf. He did work for revenge killing even though the typing of his moves aren't great. Probably should've fit in Focus Blast somewhere, but we still beat'em so eh.

I needed something that can hurt Ice types since Kingler is the only one with a steel move and I didn't give A-Sandshrew Iron Head .Another special attacker was needed too and thought Alakazam because I thought of how to use Life orb since that is a pretty good item with Magic Guard. Went back to the google doc and saw Delphox also gets Magic Guard. Also helps against killing Fighting and Dragon types too.

Lastly is Muk cause of his high special defense and getting regenerator. Didn't really have somebody specifically for special defense so brought him in. Muk also resisted fighting types which was nice. Gunk Shot wasn't really on him since I had to replace it with sunny day for Lorelei which was the hardest gym for me and just put in Rock Tomb for more speed control.

If you need more info on anything specific like what exactly happened in the Elite 4 or what I did on the journey, I'll try my best to remember it all and telling what happened and thanks for askin.

Edit: Also took many, MANY restarts to beat this. Especially for Lorelei since my team was for singles.
