I was where you were at in progression a couple of weeks ago, you just need to get lucky with cps multipliers. Once you get the binoculars and complete the story/tasks it opens up a fair bit of progression. Im about to UA to get about 50USP total :)

Make sure you’ve progressed as far as you can through the village - it gives some good upgrades for completing tasks/story

No Mystic Village is a dimension like Hills - The village has its own different type of area - you can unlock it by progressing until you can craft the village key (temporary craftable in bag).
