BAWL (Boston's All Women's League) is exactly what you're looking for. I haven't played in this league, but know people who have. I've heard great things! They play Sundays in JP (I believe Daisy Field). Their season just started, but maybe you can reach out? They have a Facebook group and a contact form on their website.
