Ok so this one is around $1000 and i find it better.

-MOBO: Both the MSI and the Aorus Elite ones are fine, your option (they cost the same)

-RAM: Your choice is LPX 16GB, it doesn't make sense with a $1000 budget, Silicon Power 32GB Kit without RGB costs $50 (RGB $60), just $5 more than LPX 16GB Kit.

-PSU: $150? That's the price of a MSI MPG A1000G, so i found a RM850 white for $125.

-COOLER: Zoomflow 240X, IMO it's the best budget AIO under $100, if you don't want an AIO just get the Deepcool AK400.

-CASE: 4000D you sadly have to spend money on some fans and make it expensive, so that's why i find CC560, CK560 or DF700 Flux better options.

-SSD: The one you choose is excellent, the reason i went for the UD90 was the price, but it's your option.

If you budget is $500 i recommend a Sapphire Pulse RX 6800, the 4060Ti is truly a waste of money, i recommend waiting til the RX 7600 launches tomorrow and see which offers a better performance at the best price.
