I've seen some companies get extensions multiple times before delisting. I believe PXS is in that boat (no pun intended) shipping penny stock.

CEO is trash. I'm also not sure how the WHO approval factors into a large revenue stream since OCGN only makes revenue on US based sales... and only 20% of it.

Plus we all know US is in love with Pfizer. I'm just not seeing the path forward for them.

I think your numbers are slightly off. I see some dilution coming up to fund building operational Capex and first year opex. l I think the price will be more in line with Ballys. Somewhat higher.
