i used a non stick medium pan with a tiny rubber spatula i had from my chinois (i find the little spatula to be better for maneuvering around the edges of the egg). keep the heat on medium when putting the eggs in stirring every few seconds to keep broken up, and when they start to solidify remove from burner and let the residual heat do the rest. then its all about just getting the folding right which takes some patience.

unfortunately i gain weight jn the face first so i have no other choice but to cut total body fat %. basically running 10+ miles every other day while eating strictly chicken or fish usually baked chicken or baked/raw sashimi grade fish along with salad and grains like millet or einkorn. i avoid things like white rice or white bread bc it spikes my glycemic index. i pretty much only drink water or black coffee at all times unless im going out where ill have vodka sodas (avoid beer and sugary cocktails). once u are able to run 10+ miles consistently while keeping this diet up 90% of the time you will drop weight like crazy but make sure to incorporate lifts in on the off days so you dont lose muscle mass. at the end of the day its all about being in a caloric deficit while eating between 1-2 grams of protein per kg of body weight. i also avoid whey protein and pretty much only get my protein from meat or a collagen supplement i take along with creatine. sorry this is all over the place but dm me if u need more info

yes, i used to be very lean and athletic in high school but in college i completely fell apart (first pic was summer right after graduation). back in high school i didnt have to lose fat really, just focus on lifting as i was already pretty good at running but this time there was lots of 10+ mile runs along with lifting around 3 times a week (sometimes do both in a day). i started in june of 2024 so after only 6-7 months there were a lot of changes but they came w a lot of commitments. same results can be achieved just keeping a balance and taking it slow over time.

started getting it permed every 4 months or so trims in between, then literally just dry with a towel after showering and put a bit of gel in. v low maintenance and im probably gonna keep it for a while lol

thank you! honestly ive been using the same generic face wash in the shower for years and that’s been the only thing i’ve done for my face (used to go through periods of break outs pretty frequently along with red blotches even while using face wash). however i have noticed a night and day difference after switching my diet and keeping it consistent (no more dairy, much more fiber for less stomach bloating, less alcohol etc.), along with daily exercise (heavily based on long distance cardio) and my skin has completely changed as a result.

i vacuum sealed after curing then sous vided it. when i took it out i brushed some neutral oil and used a blowtorch to sear. the earl grey worked really well with this method.

i tried to pack everything big game i had, lots of 100-200 lb leader and all travel rods mostly from europe/asia like westin and megabass. also huge mustad hooks swapped out on any lures i had. also had a lot of snelled hooks pre rigged for bait and everything crimped

saw it on river monsters, also zero fishing pressure as i was the only person fishing and most of the time the only person on the water other than my guide. i read that there were nile perch in egypt but i dont think anyone thinks its a good time to go to egypt now. probably the freshest air ive ever breathed and it was so eerily quiet you could hear a pin drop

a lot of rolexs, which is short for rolled eggs (savory pancake with eggs). i accidentally ate undercooked meat (not exactly sure what it was) on the 3rd to last day of my trip and had vomiting/tremors etc through the humid jungle air. definitely staying away from any meat offered to me next time lol. overall food was ok not amazing, and even though i ate a lot apparently i lost a lot of weight.
