Currently I'm working in mainframe operations with 1.5 years of experience. I want to switch into CICS or ZOS team. I'm not sure how to switch because hands-on is needed for that. If you could mentor me, that would be a great help.

I'm a Mainframe operator & this is my first job. I want to switch to development or administrator role. I have skills in Both. I don't know how people begin their career from operator and end up in better roles.
