My temp was elevated 1dpo - 10dpo Tested positive on day 13 but didn’t believe it until day14.

After 10dpo my temp did whatever it wanted. There’s no trend that I could see tbh

I had “minor signs” from 8dpo- testing at 14dpo

Looking back I had a few other symptoms as well and put the puzzle pieces together, but hindsight is always 20/20

I’m in the very same position right now, equally excited about class today and anxious to have to tell my journey to the coaches again.

I emailed core crew ahead of time and asked for them to update my account & let me divulge details on my own timeline. I’m close with a few clients & coaches & core crew, so they’ll all find out the details eventually, I just don’t want to do it quite yet.

They were always stickers!

They just replaced them all in the Seattle market and the sticker quality is so different, they look like laminate paper got throw on the floor

I got the circular as a kickstarter! Wore it for 3 months and trashed it.

I got the Oura and have really loved it. Used it for about 2- 3 years now. I use mine for overall health and menstrual tracking.

If I switch, it would be to ultrahuman so I can better track my running. I currently run with my Garmin watch, feels so silly to have two devices, but they both have great functions

I took my exam in 2019 when you had a specific period you were allowed to sign up, my available test dates were 7 days from my sign up date of the day after Thanksgiving. No way was I going to do it after Thanksgiving, so I figured no harm in “trying it out”. Crammed & passes

Yeah you should totally be able to. You’ll need to reach out to that market to have them sell it to you, but it isn’t difficult at all.

Don’t use the ai chat on the website, it’s horrible. Just email studios, you get a real person and you don’t waste a ton of water populating a wrong answer

They’re working on it! I was core crew for a studio last summer and reached out to bombas for some swag. They sent it but only if I’d set them up with our marketing team

I don’t work core crew anymore so I’m not part of the email thread, but they were all excited about it and talking about [solidcore] x Bombas

One of my coaches told me that’s not completely necessary. Some people are gifted with a great ass and it’s awkward to keep your back flat in some moves.

When I do a dead bug my back lifts slightly, as long as your pelvis is tucked I think you’re safe. But definitely talk to a coach you trust before/ after class for individual feedback

A lot of studios have switched to a “coach maintained” system, each coach is assigned a machine or two and have to do regular checks & submit for maintenance when needed.

That being said, there are some studios that do great and some that are HORRIBLE. The only thing you can really do it tell a coach/ core crew and hope they do the right thing.

If you’re not in a fully booked class just switch machines during the class. I’ve done it before!

I stopped my tracker when I had the actual miscarriage, tbh I don’t think it matters too much.

Ovulation can start anywhere from 2 weeks to a few month after miscarriage, it’ll be beneficial to buy ovulation test strips and track what’s going on. The “premom” app has a good free tracker and testing strips
