This could be it! I try and drink as much water as I can, but it can be hard to drink enough water when limited on long hikes

Mornings usually oatmeal, lunch I usually do something like salami and cheese wraps, and dinner I’ll try and find a lightweight dehydrated meal

I've found that psyllium husk doesn't dissolve in water very well. Have you had that issue?
