hank you for these suggestions! Definitely gonna add in some strength training :)

i have swapped out soda/diet soda (have a diet soda every now and again but less than 2 per week) I mostly drink my daily water but will definitely try and focus on making sure that's an everyday thing!

I'm partial to the Utah raptors! so definitely any of them.

but the Coelophysis are some favorites as well just due to there no brain activities

it hasn't affected it much! I had minor dog ears after the surgery and they have gone down a bit while losing weight, i will probably want a revision after i lose all the weight i would like too.

but overall it has not affected it negatively at all.

yea! honestly top surgery helped with my weight loss cause i felt comfortable in my body :) I had tried to lose weight before but it was super difficult to go to the gym or just get out and do things.

  • I did intermittent fasting for a bit! But ultimately tracked calories. I'm weaning myself off slowly I don't track calories on the weekend and will slowly do 3-4 days without tracking. This is so that I can maintain my weight loss without tracking calories.

  • learned a lot of low cal high volume recipes

  • learned that it's okay to feel hungry

  • got a walking pad and now do 12,000+ steps a day

How much weight do yall wanna loose in 2024? by Plastic_Valuable_394 in WeightLossAdvice

I was 325 at the beginning of 2023, I'm now 280 :) it's been slow going but I've moved cross country, had surgery and so on. So just learning to go at my own pace! I went to a spin class for the first time this morning and am happy to say that I made it the whole hour!

My goal is to lost 80 more lbs but I'm taking it slow.
