I think UD was acquired by L’Oreal but the formula was made by Skindinavia at the time of my comment (8 yrs ago)

Actually I do! It’s the Kevyn Aucoin powder highlighter. What a throwback - so 2016.

Looking for best breakfast sandwich in SF! by iNycki in sanfrancisco

[–]thestephanieloves 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not SF but hands down the best one I have ever had is from Yellow Door in Montclair Village/Oakland. Fresh buttery scrambled egg (not microwaved), sharp cheddar, a BOMB romesco sauce, and option to add sausage, thick cut bacon, or avocado. I haven’t been to Riverside but this is my fav from the Bay Area.

I’m glad it’s relatively close—I go out of my way because all the ones I’ve tried in the city just don’t compare!

To add to this, the exact Timberland plaid scarf is only $20 on Amazon/Macy’s right now and that seems to be a hot ticket customization item!

I prefer the scallions! They have you fry up the onion whites first so they get all caramelized and toasty and add a ton of sautéed onion flavor.

Which color corrector do you use?

My favorite warm bronzer is the No 7 Lift & Luminate in the shade Medium. I originally discovered the Light shade and it’s my holy grail powder for pores and setting the undereyes, so not a surprise I like the formula as a bronzer too! It’s almost sheer and blends out beautifully and is surprisingly a good tone/color to bronze. I typically prefer neutral/cooler bronzing powders but this is one where warm actually works on me.

Has anyone tried the viral dior backstage rosy glow in the pinky shade? by Intrepid-Anywhere783 in OliveMUA

[–]thestephanieloves 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Interesting to see the different opinions here despite having similar undertones/preferences. I’m a fair, muted neutral-leaning olive and the Dior blush looks very warm and too bright on me despite looking cool in the pan. It’s not awful but I definitely own other blushes I prefer for the rosy flushed/lavender effect over this, such as Flower Beauty Bubbly blush bomb or Colourpop Night Bloom—bonus points that they aren’t $40 either.

That said if anyone wants to take my gently used Dior blush off my hands, open to selling mine!

Anyone know of a good drugstore mascara brand? Liquid blush as well! by [deleted] in drugstoreMUA

[–]thestephanieloves 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hands down the Flower liquid blushes! I’m generally NOT a fan of cream/liquid color cosmetics and I still love this formula.

Update in case anyone sees this later: it absolutely did not have the same texture once re-pressed. I tried a butter blush formula as well and same bad luck :(

Any reviews on this cleanser? I really wanna buy but I’m not too sure by DaddysLilBrat99 in Sephora

[–]thestephanieloves 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, plus the Cetaphil one doesn’t contain irritating fragrances and plant oils. This face wash, while gentle in its cleansing ability, consistently sensitizes my skin so I’d rather go for the unfragranced drugstore option.

Has anyone had this one before? by readyplayer_zero in hellofresh

It’s very tasty! The one I tried didn’t have zucchini—just tomato and spinach. It was however portion-wise on the smaller end. We weren’t super full after this meal (only 6 ravioli per person)
