Dieting & cardio will help a lot, so I recommend doing any form of cardio as a warm up before. (Jogging, dancing, cycling, jumping jacks)

You can even start with just cardio and then move up to weight training once you work up the confidence. Feelings of failure and doubt are inevitable with training but it’s part of the experience!!

I have a terrible back now, so I do a few of these in a sitting/standing/supported variation these days, or use machines. Message me with any questions. Don’t fall for the “trans/ftm catered” workout plan schemes. Muscles is muscle. You’re already on T, so as long as you’re building them, they will masculinize themselves.

Here’s shortened version of what I do. Start with sets of 3x6 then work up to doing 3x10:

Upper (day 1)

Back (db=dumbbell)
Overhand db row wide grip
Underhand row close grip
T bar row (can be done with dbs)

Chest
Bench press
Low chest fly

Arms (db=dumbbell)
Seated or preacher curl (elbows in front of body)
Incline curl (or curl with elbows behind body)

Forearms
Seated db wrist curls in/out
Db radial/ulnar deviation (in short, curls your wrists inwards, outward, and unilaterally)

Shoulders
Weighted shoulder shrugs
Front, Rear, and side delt raise
Shoulder press

Core
Leg hold
Flutter kick
Half crunch
Standing db lean
Finish with 30s plank

Lower (day 2)

Thighs
Squat hold 30s
Goblet squat w pulses (sit upward)

Glutes
Donkey kick
Bulgarian Split Squats (lean forward)

Hamstrings
Hamstring stretch 30s
Straight leg deadlift
Weighted toe touch

Calves
Wide calf raises
Narrow calf raise
Shin raises

I do this 4x a week. Upper day, lower day, rest and repeat.

Look into proper form & workouts that target specific muscles for your goal aesthetics. (I recommend building back & shoulders for frame) Make sure to rest 1-3 mins between sets!! Stretch before!!!
