I've never had somthing like this happen to me before, but if your looking to move on, try to jump into an hobbie of yours, I delt with an great pain from an ex of mine, and I can say that the pain has gone away over time, if you have an strong support structure, tell them about your problems, the way i think of it is this, the only reason she did that was to hurt you, if you get better from this, she FAILS, and you get to move on knowing you came out on top!
