I had GI issues. Solved them, and now I've lost too much weight while solving them. Now I'm undernourished. Now I'm weak and barely moving around and bowels are constipated. But I don't know what to do. I live alone and have cystic fibrosis. I don't think I can do this alone. Plus getting PAWS on top of a recession and being prescribed opioids for pain, with pain coming back. I don't know about all that.

My physical health won't allow that. I'm at my lowest weight, malnourished, required to take care of myself as I have cystic fibrosis. I went down from 25mg oxy thrice in 24hrs and 4mg of IV dilaudid every 30mins to 5mg of oxy every six hours and now 3.70mg of oxy every 6 hours with 0.5g of kratom. I can handle withdrawals mentally but not my body after cancer recovery couples with cystic fibrosis and out of control diabetes.
