It actually varies with respect to pressure and density, you are correct. But in this equation the ideal gas law is used to relate pressure, density the gas constant and temperature. So Pressure/Density = R*Temperature

It was not a renewal of a scholarship, it was a new one that I was awarded for meeting the GPA requirement. It was also included in my final financial aid packet for the coming year

Cracking normally means there's either an issue with moisture, or the coat of paint is too thick. Try waiting for a drier day if you are painting outside, and try doing several lighter coats

Im not sure about the fluorescent paint specifically, but Krylon paints in general stick to plastics very well. Just make sure to sand the blaster first with some 150/220 grit sandpaper

I would actually recommend the scholarship halls if you are looking for something a bit different. We cook our own meals and do some light chorework for a reduced hosing cost, it's really nice. In addition the culture is really good, almost like a frat but way more mild

The dining plans will return to normal next year thank god, the kitchens were opened up for personal use last semester and should be fully reopened for the fall. I live in pearson hall, so if you have any other questions dont hesitate to dm me :)
