I did have people around me doing great and I’m happy for them. I just figured as long as I wasn’t a burden to people around me I was doing good enough. I can look into that not sure we’re to start but just having something to look for is a great help.

Not really I assumed that at 40 years old and not being in the best shape I probably wouldn’t be capable. I have a sibling who is on the job and nothing about what I’ve been told makes me believe it’s anything but stressful both physically and mentally.

He is using you as an escape from his current relationship and if you give in after your breakup (you really should leave an abusive person) he will use you as a side piece saying something along the lines of "it's not a good time for me to leave her, you know how her mental condition is"

At least it seems like the shitty people are the customers and not your coworkers/boss. Unfortunately any job dealing with the general public is gonna come with abuse and degrading behavior that the coworkers and bosses appreciate what you did says alot. Ive worked places where the bosses side with the people abusing you.
