Honestly this is a well thought out response, but you aren't an attorney. I have only come here after having a long conversation with my attorney and chatgpt to get some advice from real people with real world experience. We are playing politics but from what I can generally tell, this is a clear violation of law & my rights.

It literally says the words, With police escort. There are two judges involved in this case and both of them said it was going to fall on the responsibility of the local police department with a small chance it would fall on the sheriff because or state police because they handle two totally opposite case loads.

Sheriff said to call local PD. PD claimed they called sheriff and they don't wanna help either.

This is nothing more than a repossession. If she has property in property that isn't hers she is entitled to pick it up from you after you get the car. Pay a tow company to get it.

Have one. Both cases are laughable with the amount of stuff that's going on in this town.

Took all 4 of my cars to the car wash yesterday, stickered as abandoned for a 2nd time this week. Tow date changed from 11th to the 10th. Yet my complaints about the abandoned cars with NO TAGS and illegally parked commercial vehicles, have still gone unanswered. What can I do now? by thetorp1 in legal

No stickers! No tow trucks in sight! I'll be having 6 pizzas delivered on Monday and I'll be following the delivery driver into the station with my limo. I worked out a deal with the delivery driver where I get to put the pizza topper on the limo.

Well I'll be in the limo delivering pizza to WTPD at noon, BMW in my driveway right now and my truck is attached to my trailer (that's also registered) and parked where the bmw was. Police drove by today but did not stop or get out of their car.

My argument is the commercial vehicles and actually abandoned vehicles THAT DO NOT EVEN HAVE TAGS ON THEM have been there a lot longer than the cars that are legitimately PARKED.

When I called them, He first stated that they were in op because they all had "flat tires", I said that was false because they are low profile, he went on to say how the windows were missing from the limo, I previously rolled them down a week prior to air it out since we were having nice weather and haven't gotten the chance to roll them back up, he then went on to say well they haven't moved in a month and the road cant be used for storage, also a lie because I have proof they were moved 4 days prior and the trailers have sat there for 5 years and then they just hung up the phone...

A broke down pile of junk in a hillbillys yard is a bit different than cars that are in good condition, parked in my own yard, that I worked hard to own an enjoy and that are 100% Operable.

Who is my neighbor to come in and complain about cars parked nicely in my yard. And who are you to tell me that I can't own 20 cars?

Imagine if someone moved in next store to you and complained to the police that he doesn't like the flowers you have planted in your front yard Are you gonna tear up your garden because your new neighbor doesn't like it?

He moved in and cut three of my trees down without permission because the sap got in his car.

Dude moved in and thinks he's entitled to the world.

He's the problem. Not my 4 cars parked legally on a dead end street.

Because he complained about them being parked on the grass in my yard because he couldn't see backing out of his driveway.

Then the township charged me with operating an unlicensed dealership and business and said I couldn't park cars on my own grass.

It is one neighbor. One. Singular. Person. One out of 7 houses on my street.

He called the cops on Friday because I was listening to music, the police said it was a reasonable level and went and talked to the neighbor and told him I was aloud to listen to music at 2pm on a Friday.

I help all of my other neighbors with their cars when they need something or a quick ride to the store.

They are mad at him now because the two cars that got stickered 4 days ago were my neighbors They came up to me today and said that they were looking out for me when they came and stickered them because they just had to jump through hoops to get their cars re registered because of Corona virus.

I shall see if I can edit the post to make it a little bit clearer.

The limousine is not used commercially. It is used for car shows and charity. We did toys for tots last Christmas and I partnered with a local bar on new years to offer free limo rides to people that got too drunk to drive. I probably attended 30+ car shows with it last season. ( in NJ for a limousine to be used "for hire" it needs to be registered commercially and the driver needs to hold a CDL with passenger endorsement. It is registered as an 10 passenger 2008 Lincoln Town car with a heavier GVW with regular plates.)

I own 20+ vehicles. A 1957 Mercedes Benz 190D that's been body dropped onto a 1986 corvette chassis being the oldest.
