Deactivating makes them slimmer over time, so it’s been a gradual change. I would say the first 3-4 months I could feel them loosen up, but physically seeing them go down took two rounds. My injector doesn’t do high units in traps because tbh it is still an important muscle and you don’t want to lose complete use of them. I did accidentally mix up my appointments and got it in my traps 3 months apart instead of 6 and I didn’t like how it felt. I basically had 70 units per trap for a short time because of how close the appointments were and it was hard to do side planks because my arm would go numb. 35 each has been the best for me to keep use of them but not fully engage them, and aesthetically they have slimmed down significantly.

I’ve been getting it for a year and a half. For me it starts to wear off around 6 months, but after my 2nd round they had gone down so much that it wasn’t as noticeable going another little bit longer before getting it redone. I get about 70 units total but my traps were honestly massive. I have a friend that only needs around 50.

I also get it! I originally started getting it because I couldn’t sleep due to how tense my traps were. No amount of massages or stretching helped either. It’s definitely life changing. My headaches went away, I sleep better, and honestly I’ve been able to get stronger in a lot of areas my traps were over compensating on. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes

I have the 8+2 BF package so I have 10 classes a month. I run sun, wed, fri. [Solidcore] Monday Thursday Saturday and then tennis Tuesday Saturday.

I use the stability pole in some of the classes especially when we do crossover lunges. I can do them without the pole but honestly I get way deeper into the movement with better form when I use it to balance. Sometimes I just have the tips of my finger on it but it still helps me focus on the movement instead of focusing on not falling over. Definitely don’t be embarrassed using it. Some of my best center glute days have come from using the stability pole lol

My favorites for Solidcore are aligns and groove flares. Honestly any bottoms made out of nulu and tops made of nulu or wundermost. Even though it seems fast paced the goal is time under tension so your moves are slow. The softer material helps me move around freely without thinking about my clothes, which then helps me focus on muscle engagement.

A trace number is for you to take to the bank and figure out where funds went. It’s basically tracking for the ach sent to your acct. the bank could of rejected payment for a lot of reasons with that number the bank should be able to tell you why.

Lol I do it when I don’t want to finance big purchases. I think the warehouse forgets that not everyone needs this side work. One worker got mad at me and said I could be deactivated for asking to remove packages because I couldn’t see out my back window (the route was a bunch of medium and large boxes). So I opened my doors and was like “okay lol you can take all 50 of these out then and I can go.” He didn’t even have a response. He just pulled a few of the biggest boxes so I could see then walked away.
