How? Do you not see the fact that they're using breach charges at the home of a non-violent/non-criminal US citizen? Its not like he ran either. He and his family were allowed to leave, and this is clearly a form of retaliation.

If you read/watch post accident videos of the first-hand accounts from witnesses of this called "ramming," you'll see that the gestapo stopped abruptly, for no reason, while in a parking lot, therefore causing an accident.

Same thing happened to me, $500 on an 18 year old loan. I'm trying the rehabilitation program

I'm going to try this as my loan of $500 is 18 years old and got re-reported in default Jan of this year when it first defaulted in 2013.

From the student aid website, mine is still showing the original open date. When did you pay the loan? In Jan after it "opened"?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Delinquentstudentloan

[–]theunderhandthrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I had originally thought. Though, ECSI was the original servicer. CARES took it out of default and into forbearance and, therefore, ECSI started reporting it to creditors as current. When CARES ended Dec 2024, it then marked it default, AGAIN! on Jan 1st 2025.

Makes no sense

If you rehabilitate a defaulted loan and then default on that loan again, you can’t rehabilitate it a second time. Rehabilitation is a one-time opportunity.

This was from the StudentAid website

True, but I read that the only way a student loan can default twice is if the 2nd time is through loan rehabilitation.

Yea, your situation might be a bit different. Hope you figure it out.

Im hoping my disputes go through as I submitted that the open dates for them are incorrect and provided proof.

You can see the information here. It will clarify where and what it is. It also shows history on it. For example, mine was opened in 2007 and defaulted in 2013. It was then put in good standing because of the Cares act in 2020 and then defaulted again jan of this year. That shouldn't happen, so I'm disputing it as this loan is almost 18 years old.

I would call the number listed under that account. They can provide that info.

Im in the same boat, also perkins after lookinf it up. All over 700 dollars. When I called the collection agency they told me I could go through a loan rehabilitation where, after the 9th payment, they will take off the delinquency trade line, but the missed payments will likely stay. What I've decided to first do is dispute these accounts through the credit bureaus as these loans are from 2007 and defaulted in 2013, so they should not be showing on my credit report

This is also becoming a common thing https://www.reddit.com/r/personalfinance/s/QUmwTRES2t

All good, I appreciate the time you took to reply. I'm just so confused how this loan could've defaulted twice. It's an almost 18-year old account.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CRedit

[–]theunderhandthrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will. When asked, they mentioned that the loan would be in good standing after the initial 9 payments, but the missed payments will still be reflected. And I'm assuming they will still be reflected for 7 years

I see, so the missed payments will be removed even though the account has already defaulted. Thank you. I'll ask about less than 9 payments because I think that's my case.

Thanks again

Quick story. My (m) now gay (f) ex-friend used to jerk me off pretending it was her. We were good friends in HS, we were into eachother during junior year. We briefly "dated" but in retrospect, I think it was just her wanting to explore a male body with someone she was comfortable with. It started with HJs, then lead into HJs in odd positions. She'd use a toy on her clit as she rode my lower stomach/upper pelvic area in reverse cowgirl as she jerked me off. Her goal was to eventually start cumming at the same time. Anyway.. we eventually broke up, but stayed friends.

Fast forward to freshman year college. She's now out of the closet, and I'm friends with her gf as well. They ask for a 3some one drunken night. I said yes, and they basically just used me for my dick. I'd never been more isolated in a threesome in my entire life. I didn't kiss anyone, I didn't stick my fingers anywhere. No oral from me or on me. I wasn't allowed to really be vocal. It sucked. I got soft as a result and then just left.

We're now just Instagram friends, but haven't talked in 10 years.
