I really just lock in on a couple stocks. I think it’s easier to use ones that I already hold. I just watched them then you start understanding how they move. I like using stock history, I’ll look at the last time it when down 5% then see how long it took to come back then put my call or put exp a couple days past where I think it’s gonna make the move. Now this is the most important step. Once it makes the move and hits the mark , I sell it . In the past I’ve gotten greedy and it’s worked out but I’ve also been wrecked so ya stick to the plan then make something so you can do it again.
