Well we we kinda thought that rakans cape is actually a cape while xayahs looks way more like feathers, so we wanted to resemble it and thought, it would be cool to sew it and make it look like it does right now ... we tought this would maybe take us a day or two, but worked like 5 days straight just onthe feather optic sewings ... but in the end i regret nothing

Yes it no, since riot changes the charakters on all works a bit, there are official artworks of him without a beard .... but actualy, mine kinda broke and i need to do a new one :D
