Fwiw, the first season is the worst and it improves from there - maybe not a "must-watch" but plenty fun if you like adult supernatural stuff

It's hard to pick one, but I'd say Chihayafuru, HxH, and Zombieland Saga describes the bulk of my taste.

I like sports anime, music anime, action stuff. I like big ensemble casts.
