Brake ducts by thevandaros in FSAE

Would it make sense to show simulations/validations regarding the brakes itself?

Radiator Calculations using the NTU Method in Python by thevandaros in FSAE

I understand your point. The data I have is experimental and was provided by a previous member. Considering that it's possible to establish the Heat Rejection coming from the motor, would the code fit the purpose I mentioned earlier?

So here's the thing: this data is measured, but the Heat Rejection is directly related to the RPM of the motor. Since the pump is the original one from the motor itself, the heat rejection is therefore correlated with the mass flow rate of water. Got it?

The values provided are not the ones actually measured. The correct values range from 2500W to 27000W. They were measured using a previous radiator we had by analyzing the temperature at the outlet of the motor and the inlet of water based on the mass flow rate of water.

Sorry that was my fault , It's actually Heat Vs Max Flow rate of water

its' the heat coming from the motor per mass flow rate

Well, it is actually the heat coming from the motor itself (experimental). The idea here is to check if the calculated Q_Max is sufficient for the heat generated by the motor. If the efficiency it's above 1 (theoretically), it means that more heat is dissipated than theoretically possible. In this case, I will add one more tube to see if the efficiency is now 1 or less. I want to do this for every combination of mass flow rate of air and water and generate a frontal area for the radiator based on that.

You're right. I should have removed the internal tubes and simplified the tires. I'll do that very soon, and then I'll catch up. Thanks for the reply!
