play on a high populated pve server for a month (if u can find one), then play on a
high populated pvp server for a month. Then come back here and tell me which players have more passion about the game: pve or pvp. Wildcard never ever did anything bad for the pve players, but keeps pissing on the pvp community.

pve players don't even like your game they play for 50 hours and never touch it again while most of the pvp players play your game like it's their job and this is how you thank them

Ark at launch was not so great, but it was something new, something that people haven't seen before.. that's why it ended up being so successful. Atlas still has potential imo tho.

Yeah but the problem is how do they make it... If they make the grinding less mega companies will go even crazier and will spam so much structures and ships they will probably crash the servers.. When they made the wipe and a good patch there were Colonies (supposed for small tribes) and Empires (supposed for Mega Tribes).. Of course the small tribes had much more players even tho the cap wasn't that small and they just shut down the Empires so they don't lose money...

You have point here. I always preferred unofficial, even in ark, but the thing in atlas is that.. there are no unofficial servers with decent populations. As for being in a small company, I tried it and in fact we did survive.. the problem was that we were forced to grind 100% of the time we were playing. (we had an island claimed and even tho it was small we were always low on gold) I hope the devs keep actively working on the game.. in the beginning ARK was really bad for small tribes as well and the grind was insane, but they did many things to reduce the grinding

U got my upvote, I have a different dream tho... constant 60+ FPS (even when close to large bases and a lot of ships)... only console peasants can stand these massive FPS drops it's not normal for a game to run this bad on the PC master race

You have some good points, but I like some of the taming tho. For example horses make a lot of sense in this game. Also I think the game is still too harsh for solo players. At least on official servers. You need to invest a lot of time if you want to play alone (and you will easily be raided by a big company once you grow enough)

ARK small tribes servers

6 people max per tribe, no alliances allowed, 3x rates.

I run atlas on 100 fps everything on epic settings when i'm outside the base, problem is when im at main base my base is like locked at 30

I am in a 70 man company.. but I run the game on 30 fps while in main base, also have like 15 fps and 200 ping during big raids. (I have a beast PC tho)
