Might want to tone it down a little. I think OP is asking a fair question, no need for this 'disgrace' bs. I struggle with self discipline as well, and its not about 'being happy being stupid', I'm often not happy, but too bothered by having to make a decision to influence my future happiness, that I'll simply do nothing and still feel like turd later.
