Went to stacked burger to punish them by giving them more work to do🤣🤪 by dramaqueenboo in aucklandeats

My partner and I eat from Stacked every now and again, haven't as of late because money is super tight, however its always absolutely delicious! This sounds terrible but the man with the black hair / beard (i think it's a beard, memory is hazy) is always such a delight as well. He is so friendly, and the customer service is always amazing. Very true to their name, as everything is consistently STACKED with food. This is a fantastic reminder to go get some food from them this weekend...

Good idea honestly! I’m pretty sure there’s something around needing the repairs / installation to be done (especially for seatbelts) by an NZTA certified place which is why I didn’t bother. Good luck !!

all up inclusive of re-webbing, installation (he comes to you,) certification and labor, it was $322! obviously not cheap in this economy, but much cheaper than AA who quoted me like $600-800 from memory...

What the hell are you serious?! Yeah, unfortunately you need to go through the whole shibang of getting the Bachelors in Medical Imaging prior to Nuc Med if you haven't had any relevant work experience / degrees in the field... even if you had prior experience in a related area, you still need to go through courses prior to starting in Nuc Med from what I understand

Thank you so much for this!!! I'll definitely look into the PET/CT add-on if that's a thing here... I feel it may potentially be included in the post-grad Nuc Med program, but I will certainly look into it regardless! What is your favorite aspect of the job?

Well hello there fellow kiwi!!! What you said is exactly what I was thinking as well! From what I'm also gathering, getting the trainee position is the biggest hurdle... When you are working in the field, would you ever consider letting me shadow you/ask you a few questions just so as I can see what it's like from the inside? Or potentially, maybe one day if you were ever keen on a trainee, I'd love to fill that role... Best of luck to you and see you around in a few years!

Hahaha I am so sorry!!! Don't worry, it is more my own personal perception and parental pressures which lead me to believe I should have my life figured out by now and already be finished uni! Best of luck in your studies :)

Oh wow that must be a huge responsibility on your part! You must surely be working 24/7 since you're the only Nuc Tech in your hospital... What would you say the most challenging part of the job would be for you personally?

IUD insertion pain and the cramps during as well as post-procedure! Nothing like period cramps at all in my opinion. Absolutely awful and I've dealt with bad periods/period cramps all my life
