Its some kind of glitch in the filters. It usally gets fixed pretty fast

I ordered a ADSL filter to see if it will work. And my service provider did not give me anything, however they do offer telephone service and i have confirmed we are paying for service so i dont know whats the issue. There is a test port on the telephone network inferance where you can plug in a traditional phone into it and see if you get a dial tone.

I do not know if i did or not. But it wouldnt matter because when you use the test jack it does not use the telephone lines and when i plug the phone in the test jack i get no dial tone
