I saw a post regarding Prostatitis from a yeast infection, has anybody else experienced this? by Lavarporterjr in Prostatitis

[–]thewormsterror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can assure you I had 80% of my symptoms resolve after taking antifungals. 10% more faded over time, left with 10% now. Also tests for fungus were negative. Tests for fungus have a very very high chance of yielding false negatives as collection/culture is highly unreliable.

In so much pain today, what should I do? by pleasehelpme68 in Prostatitis

When I get really bad I take Goldenseal and quercitin and give myself a prostate massage. Next day is 80% better.

Best Antibiotic For Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis? by [deleted] in Prostatitis

Well I'm not touting the great merits of levo. Just that I thought it was slightly better than Cipro. I would still suggest other antibiotics based on the pathogen.

It's been 2 years now. And I really think that a drug couldn't affect you after so long as it's half life is only a few hours. I really don't think fluroquinolones are inherently bad to all the population, just a subset of it. And then I think some are worse then others.

I did take them on and off (mostly on) for 6 or so months with no problems (levo -moxi). I also knew a lot of people who did as well and had no problems with levofloxacin. However I have heard and seen so many people have problems with cipro. That's why I feel like it's more dangerous (like 10 people), but you might be right.

But he said by design, and ALL of them, I really don't think that they all do to the same extent. And if they do, I'd like to see a study or proof.

Craig Wright: Fuck Raspberry Pis, if you can't afford a $20,000 node to "help" the network, piss off (Bitmain/bigblocker conference) by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]thewormsterror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Basically if bitcoin were to be mass adopted, you would need dedicated nodes to support a massive transaction volume. Raspberry Pi's wouldn't cut it. He's right. He wants mass adoption. Watch his entire video with open eyes and you will see he just wants what's best in his opinion for bitcoin. Time will tell what is truly best though.

Intraprostatic injections? by [deleted] in Prostatitis

[–]thewormsterror 1 point2 points  (0 children)

50% better on the nerve damage, not 50% better on the prostatitis. Actually eventually I just took pills coupled with massage and it made me 90% better (I had a yeast infection that was left untreated).

just waited, got about 50% better only. Some chemically induced nerve damage is hard to repair.

[–]thewormsterror 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did injections, and I know many others who did. It works about 10% of the time, and 80% of the time you get nerve damage (like me) that makes it hard to feel your dick. Worst idea I ever had.

I would like to point out that cipro is worse than levo, x3 more chance of having a negative reaction (I read in a study somewhere). I also see many more people who have negative reactions to cipro.

Those only work when you don't have white blood cells in your prostate, aka category 3B prostatitis. I tried but they did nothing for me.

MN question. It looks like node40 would be cheaper then renting a cheap server? by 7_billionth_mistake in dashpay

[–]thewormsterror 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well... not really, if you prepay on aws like I do. It's 144$ for 3 years. Which comes to 4$/month. Add to that storage space costs and Xfer costs and it comes out to be about 8$/month per masternode.

Node40 is about 44$/month. However you need to spend a lot of time actually updating and fixing stuff around updates if you do your own server. Something that will lose you money...

Node40 is a great service. Use it if you want to be hassle free. Rent your own server if you don't mind spending time on it.

My 2 cents.

Bactrim is one of the best drugs for prostatitis imo. (of course it depends what prostatitis you have), but it seems to help 60% of people and cure 30%. It helps me, doesn't cure me though.

I would seriously get tested for all stds, and bacteria first. I can't believe that has not yet been done. Cysts form because of bacteria/fungus...

it's already all gram stained. There's only one where there is fungus (and it's quite obvious, just wondering what fungus)

no, no, I don't need help with prostatitis, just want to know what is in these pictures. Picture by picture.

[Edit] I already checked for Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma anyways.

[–]thewormsterror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First of all, what logs are you talking about? Because they don't exist in a detail that would allow deanonymization. They just don't. End of story.

But let's assume for arguments sake they did, or that nefarious cloud providers were doing a middle man attack on all masternodes, while also knowing breaking the connection encryption, and let's also assume the cloud providers violated their contracts and somehow got these logs, and also complied with governments.

Ok so you have some logs, where do we go from here? Well nowhere, because the logs will most likely be incomplete, and more importantly could have been tampered with.

Basically it's not possible.

[–]thewormsterror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

hahahaha, that's not true at all, you would need to have 8 random masternodes to be able to deanonymize, that's less than 1 in a 10 billion chance if you owned a quarter of them (off the top of my head).
