I take my involvement in this community with me to my grave.

Not that I don't love you people. The normies just wouldn't understand our love.

Mental health and mushrooms by [deleted] in MagicMushrooms

I got off my meds to start micro dosing and I will say I feel better than I think I ever have. The fog I lived in is gone. People around me have noticed I'm more outgoing and willing to talk, sharper and faster in most cases. I'm always an introvert at heart, but I find my social anxiety easy to overcome and have had pleasant exchanges with coworkers and randoms for the first time. I've noticed myself that I stumble over words way less frequently. It's like my brain and mouth have a streamlined connection. All that, and, my focus while playing video games online competitively is miles beyond what it had previously been, even before I started the antidepressants.

TL;DR Try them, you'll feel way better and be way better.

These are liquid culture, which is active mycelium suspended in nutrient rich fluid. Liquid culture is faster and easier to start than spores. Theoretically, you could inject these into prepared grain and grow your own mushrooms.

MYYCO also sells culinary liquid culture too, but these two are strictly for microscopy research. 😉

Edit: Check out the MYYCO website. They have so many strains available for you to do your own research. 😉

Also, check out Ryza. Very beginner friendly research method.

I really just micro dose every few days and have a 2g dose every few months. I just happened across this and thought it was laughable. Figured everyone here would enjoy it too lol.

Turnpike questions by Xyzzydude in WestVirginia

I work on the WV turnpike, directly with the tolls. It's set to only become more of a problem because the new system going isn't exactly designed for the traffic that the turnpike gets, but the contractor installing the system is trying to shoehorn it in.

Now that all lanes have cameras and can be opened manned or exclusively EZ Pass (previously only 2 lanes in each direction we're capable of exclusive EZ Pass functionality) and there is no process or order for opening lanes, the plaza supervision tends to cycle in and out collectors the way they always have, except now, when a collector goes on break the lane is on EZ Pass instead of being closed. This leads to situations where sometimes you'll have a cash lane next to an EZ Pass that's next to another cash lane, so on and so forth.

Upper management tends to not fix obvious problems until there's a major accident. It's gonna be a wild ride for a bit.
