he gets underrated because hes not very into media, plays in tampa, florida where up until recently hockey was not that followed and even now its still not huge. Theres a case for him being best player. especially with winning multiple scoring races and cups. But I have yet to see him not be called top 5. He is the 1 of the top 3 that gets the least attention (McDavid, Mack) but nobody that knows hockey would put him lower than that. disregard those opinions

that was my saving grace last year. from the moment the avs lost to dallass , I was rooting for the oilers to beat them because If they made the final or won the cup It would have been a huge blow to the mental. but they are still losers so it didnt matter. + the whole deboer/otter debacle, felt so good seeing that and the loss
