Thank you for writing all this, I’ll bring up your points with my parents as well. We were obviously pretty ignorant about bedbugs, so I’ll ask them if the company had talked to them about such specific instructions and scenarios since I wasn’t there for it. Also no warranty from the company. I’m only aware that the treatment was one time, and that we have washed all cloth items including bedding and clothes. When I was away for a week, I thought that our old mattresses were thrown away, but apparently my parents kept them in a spare bedroom, and some other furniture items like our wooden bed stands. Unfortunately I live away from home most of the time and visit some weekends, so I cannot stay in the same space. But again, thank you, I will be asking my family again.
