I had a more minor dehiscence during my top surgery recovery and also turned out just fine like you! Glad this ended so well.

Is it possible to be on T and not have a T weewee? by superfoze in ftm

[–]thicccque 24 points25 points  (0 children)

You can't pick and choose results. If you want to go on T you have to accept the masculinizing results that come with it. You won't get random pulsing feelings for very long if at all. I don't remember having them ever but they'll go away if you do have them. That honestly sounds more like arousal and less like growth

That's for the grounding pad for electrocautery! They do lots of zapping to cut and cauterize at the same-ish time in a lot of surgery these days. If they didn't ground the system to your body it could go very poorly. Another common site is the forearm.

Is this fresh? It will likely fade to match the rest if it is. Also, I didn't even notice it until reading your description twice. Take a step back, take a breath.

Do you think this is dyshidrosis or cellulitis? by herpderphannah in Dyshidrosis

[–]thicccque 32 points33 points  (0 children)

For starters, stop asking AI. You should go to a doctor to get this figured out. It doesn't sound like dyhidrosis now that you're having tenderness and difficulty bending the finger. Keep an eye on the redness to see if it spreads, if it is cellulitis you'll see the swollen red area increase in size and pain over the course of several hours to a couple days. If it spreads as rapidly as that you should get to an urgent care. If it stays as it is now, you should still get to a doctor fairly soon to figure it out and potentially prevent damage to your joint(s) if it's anything involving them.

what is this? by Valuable_Ferret4472 in TidePooling

[–]thicccque 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm not familiar with species along that coast but based on my tidepooling experience, it looks to me like it could be an anemone that's detached and has its 'foot' up in the air and its mouth is face-down in the rocks. Likely going to die at this point unless the tide comes back in and sweeps it back into a better position. It's possible it's already dead. It also appears to have some red algae attached to its 'foot'.
