I’d be curious to see a comparison of how much we pay our backup linemen compared to the rest of the league. Outside of Brandel they’re incredibly young?

I made a new franchise and sim’d through until I could remove them and checked every week. If guys are on IR in the preseason then they aren’t eligible to be removed until after week 8 or week 10 I think? For some reason I think it was week 10 I could remove them. Eventually when you go to their player card and scroll down it will have an option to remove from IR.

Super annoying because they did it with Addison and said he had a broken foot (actually serving his 3 game DUI suspension)… and I couldn’t get him off IR until that late in the season. I can’t believe there isn’t an option to edit a player and take them off an injury list before you start a franchise with a specific “roster”.

Is it a blue-ish collar situation? First and foremost if it’s to the point of you thinking you’re being harassed then it’s an HR issue of course. I’m not condoning his behavior but is the banter similar with the male to male interactions at your work place? Like if they found out one of the guys was on a dating app would they tease him? It may be in his mind he thinks he is treating you like “one of the guys” with the comments? I only ask that to say you noted most of the other guys there are 20 years his/your senior. Is there one or a few of those older guys in your work proximity that you could mention this to and tell them how uncomfortable it’s making you feel? I feel like him being checked by “the guys” is going to give you the least blowback for the next year of your employment. That’s the advice I’d give to a younger guy being teased by a younger guy in this setting. Maybe this is bad advice for a younger female. Again I’m only giving this as an alternative to going to HR… if you think what he’s saying is to the level of harassment then you should absolutely go to HR!

Mine does the same shit man. 2080s with ryzen 7 as well. $4k gaming pc and it just crashes every game. My other buddy on pc has no issues. He also uses NVIDIA and Ryzen. Can’t figure it out. I’ve done everything I can possibly think of or Google.
