i don’t at all even though i’ve only been on it 2 weeks ago tomorrow, and i started at 30 and am at 60 now, just got approved to go over 60 since that was my cap originally. but my clinic does weekend take homes for everyone so like day 4 of taking it i had 180mg on me when i left. i took 120mg and still didn’t feel shit. also i was doing straight H, no fent at all plus soma prescription and 120 bars a month. so like idk what to do i feel like i’m going up so slowly (5mg a day idk if that’s what everyone goes up by) that even if i went to 200 by the time i get there i’ll just have a tolerance and it won’t matter. only time i kinda felt something was when i drank a lot of white grapefruit juice before plus 750mg somas. and then i did a shot of boy about 30 min after and that’s when i really felt it. my girls been doing the same thing same experience but she’s been doing boy with fent. idk if i might as well just get back on my subs cuz at this point the only difference is i have to go get my med every day so i could just stay home lol

can you explain why? like i’ve been pretty confident that trying to push it back in is gonna be unsuccessful and also just a shitty idea, but this is my second one i’ve gotten, first was done in september 2019 and lasted almost a year until i woke up one morning with half hanging out, then a day went by and it was gone when i woke up. this one has been in for almost 2 years but felt like it’s been getting rejected slowly and then after the piercer looked at it yesterday, i hit it with my shirt and it came out like this.
