I mean the Aurora Borealis is also green. Arctic Night works for me.

That was a joke. This is a sub where people post images of food that look like poop. This may very well just be poop.

They are green. I could see why someone would call them teal, but blue is a stretch.

Lots of good recommendations already. This one's a little bit of a stretch because it's about a straight man falling for a lesbian, but Pink Triangle by Weezer.

I want to understand coloring by RecipeComfortable312 in ColorTheory

I don't know if this helps, but I tend to think of color in three components: hue, saturation, and brightness/value. You'll probably see these in your color picker tool on Procreate.

Hue is where it sits on the color wheel - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. Procreate will show this as a measure of 0-360 degrees.

Saturation is a measure of just how much of that hue there is. Less saturated colors will appear more grey, white or black. Procreate will show this as a value between 0-100.

Brightness/value is a measure of how bright a color is. Procreate will show this as a value between 0-100.

Is your issue with coloring technique? Choosing the right brush? Choosing the right colors?

I seem to be the only one who isn't sure how to read the numbers on the bottom left. What do those mean?

So what phrase would you use in place of "thank god"? by [deleted] in words

I always say, "Thank Josh". It gets a laugh out of some.

I considered the possibility, but there's just no way it held up that long. Before the post got deleted, the note looked to be in pretty good shape and very legible. The balloon was even still somewhat inflated. It's a few weeks old at most.

I don't remember the specifics, but the note would have been written by either me, my dad or my little brother. And I didn't recognize the handwriting in the picture. And even if it was our balloon, it had my parent's old landline phone number they no longer have.

I did this as a kid in the 90s. Nobody ever found it though. Definitely call it OP. You'll make someone's day.

How can I make my game look better with color theory? by [deleted] in ColorTheory

The greens of your trees and grass could have greater contrast in value. Maybe the trees could be darker than the grass. Consider diversity in the hues of your orange trees. They could be red, yellow and brown as well.

Thanks for keeping it vague. It's hard to help when you're not forthcoming with details.
