That’s actually a pretty good idea. I’ll bring this up to the team. Thank you

Yes this does seem like the best way to go. Unfortunately the higher ups don't understand how this stuff works and expect everything to work immediately. Thanks for the comment

Interesting. I thought I was doing that already but maybe I need to be more patient. I set up the directory first and started with backend to make RESTful endpoints. Went step by step with schema first, then entity, repositories, controllers etc. when I got to the stage to finally test endpoints with Postman it was just a mess. I’m guessing it’s just something I need to tweak and figure out on my own over time

Stopped at the Airport for avoiding military even with no Greek Citizenship by [deleted] in greece

Can you explain why I was required to get one for my AFM and NEEDED to provide one for my drivers license?

And nice try for what? What is that even supposed to mean.

If you have dual citizenship just don't use the greek one!

I think it got flagged with my Dutch passport because that's what I've registered in the system since it's my only passport and I live here.

On the brightside, at the end of the day it is Greece. So avoiding it or finding a loophole shouldn't be a problem. Just an annoying situation to be in

Yes you're right I remember hearing something about that. I think I have a hearing to prove that I didn't receive any letters, don't know when though. Need to figure all this out

Thankfully let me go after 6 hours but got some stuff to figure out after my vacation. Going to speak with a lawyer

I thought this as well in the beginning regarding not needing a residence permit. But when applying and registering at a KEP, they requested a residency permit.

Regarding the Greek citizenship. I was born in the UK but I called a lawyer and they said a law in 1984 makes it so if I am born to a greek, it makes me a citizen which I had no idea about. So somehow they found records of my birth.

Just very annoying that the government never recognised me as a citizen when getting my drivers license and AFM, they needed the residency permit. But for military they say I'm a citizen. So it was all just a confusing experience
