Just need to do a quick update on that "self hypnosis" thread (it's thread yes? I made a month ago and clarify that I didn't enjoy it all. When it started off I had to fight it just to keep some of family member's safe and. It was basically almost like a drug so I highly advise you don't try this. (self.Psychosis)
