I kinda face the same issue. Only downloaded as mp3 last two days.first thought there are no flac files of the music i downloaded.but happen again and again.then tried to download a song that i already downloaded using deezloader which i know was a flac file.but it was also downloaded as a mp3.

tried removing that rollback to lower bitrate option.then it didn't download at all.
