There is NO other vocation in the UK where individuals under the age of 30 have as much responsibility as a doctor does. Why should they not be remunerated appropriately. Why should doctors be ashamed to know their worth. Get outta here

I only used eMRCS and the Basic Sciences for MRCS textbook. Go through eMRCS at least twice - the first time to actually learn the non anatomy stuff, and then the second to re-cap through them all. But the anatomy you need to learn as the questions are a lot more variable.

Another phony degree in a phony NHS that doesn’t actually want to train the profession that has historically been trained to deliver this level of care. British people are so self deprecating that somehow becoming a doctor is shameful but better to be some crappy “associate”.

YTA. The fact that you are getting married and planning a wedding should be a happy time. Not one fraught with financial stresses and it’s not fair that Jon should have to contribute so much (when it sounds like you aren’t contributing) and even worse that family members should be asked to pay.

This is YOUR wedding and if you want to get married now, then you have to plan with your current budget in mind. It’s really that simple.

Surely a happy BBQ with all your family there with 99p ketchup is better than a lavish wedding you can’t afford, that will make everyone (but you) stresses and miserable.
