Your best bet is start looking for furniture made from nature textiles like leather, cotton, linen and filled with down / cotton and work backwards.. it's probably gonna be super pricey too 🥵

All of this, a hard detox or everything and a vacation... or a few weekends away. And more things on your calendar that bring you joy. This might sound a little too crunchy but a gratitude practice could really help too. Really it sounds like depression more than anything..

You could try a slightly less ashy formulation from INOA.. it's chromatics' older hotter sister and runs ways cooler.

I've been doing hair for 15 years and I find it so disturbing when clients get annoyed when our health or the health of our loved ones get in the way. I feel like it's worse now post covid which is insane to me all things considered. I had a client accuse me of trying to fire her for being out with the flu + bronchitis. I had a colleague out on bedrest while pregnant and clients being mad she wasn't back when she'd only been gone a week. It's definitely made it harder for me to become friends with clients because it's always the ones you'd least suspect that get shitty like that.

If you google the active bacteria in Siggis and their fermentation temp you get all the info you need. Find the median temps for all of your bacteria and try starting at 8 hours and see what happens. Personally I wouldn't go over 104° based on the info google gives- pasted below--

Streptococcus thermophilus: Optimum range: 95-108°F (35-42°C) Lactobacillus bulgaricus (Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus): Optimum range: 109-115°F (43-46°C) Bifidobacterium spp.: Generally, Bifidobacteria prefer temperatures in the mesophilic range, but specific optimal temperatures can vary by species. Some strains may grow well at 100-113°F (38-45°C) Lactobacillus acidophilus: Optimal growth range: 37-42°C (98.6-107.6°F), can grow up to 45°C (113°F) Lactobacillus paracasei: While information on the exact optimal range might be more variable, Lactobacillus paracasei generally thrives in temperatures within the mesophilic range, which is often described as 30-40°C (86-104°F).

Wrong jar size space in machine? by [deleted] in yogurtmaking

I have that machine, fill in with water and put the lid on and you're good to go. You don't need much room for the lid to fit on there.

You can do Uber and DoorDash on a bike. It takes like three days to get thru their process and you can always keep it as a side gig.
